Grade and treat core food in elderly care

About the project

The main aim in the project is to improve the state of health of elderly people in general focusing on food and how to treat and grade it in nursing. The institutions and colleges taking part are representing organizations producing food and educating students for the social and health care sector, dietetics and kitchen staff. The target groups are IVT, Vetpro and elderly people. An important issue is to develop and change value and behaviour of Vetpro educating IVT to guide them to take care of elderly people’s nutritional and healthy state, physical education and body care.
